Gâteau au yaourt fourré banane chocolat!
Il vous faut une pate
1 yaourt
2 pots de farine de riz (ou autre: blé sarrasin …. )
1/2 pot d'huile
1 pots de sucre
2oeufs
de la levure
des bananes
et du chocolat !
Faites cuire la pate 20-30 minutes
Enrobez les bananes dans le chocolat fondu (au bain marie ou autres )
coupez la pate en deux parties
Posez les bananes enrobées dans le chocolat
et étalez les sur le "demi" gâteau.
refermez -les deux parties du gâteau coupé- entre elles
j'ai fait du caramel que j'ai mis dessus !
vous pouvez à présent décorer votre gâteau, avec du coulis de framboise par exemple !
